What is your hourly rate?
We base all our rates on a firm estimate of time and effort for your personal situation. This is determined on several items which include: a first meeting/review of your home, your requirements and adjusted accordingly based on the first clean of your home. A conversation is always the best place to start. :)
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are licensed and fully insured for both theft and damages. Proper insurance protects us and you the client.
What time is my clean?
While we attempt to be very respectful of everyone's time, sometimes things happen. This can either be with our schedule or our clients so we try to be flexible where possible. Every attempt will be made to accommodate your schedule without our business day, and we will provide notification of a delay should it happen.
How will you gain access to my home?
If you have an electronic lock keypad, this is the easiest way to access your home - we can discuss a code that you can set for us to enter your home. Otherwise, a spare key can be provided, with the safe knowledge it will only be used for your cleaning/pet needs. Your home security is VERY important to us, so if you are comfortable we are comfortable.
What form of payments do you accept?
You may pay via e-transfer, check or cash. A secure email will be provided to you at time of booking for e-transfer.
When will I receive my invoice?
If you require an invoice, this will be sent by end of month.
Can I request the same team member each clean?
Absolutely, we prefer the personal approach to cleaning your home, after all it is your personal space we are cleaning :)
How long have you been in business?
We have been cleaning personal spaces since 2017.
